These terms apply when you engage The Visibility Lab ("we", "us", "our") for design, content or social media services. By booking a project or paying a deposit you accept these terms.
1. Services
We provide Instagram management, content creation, brand websites and related creative services for beauty, aesthetic and healthcare brands. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline of each project will be set out in writing before work begins.
2. Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your project slot, with the balance due on completion (for websites) or monthly in advance (for retainers). Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments may pause work and incur a 5% fee.
3. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds set out in your proposal. Additional revisions are billed at our current hourly rate.
4. Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
